We would like to pre-collect questions and also allow people to vote for questions before the actual live event date. Before the live event date, we would like to allow people to send a question anonymously. But, once the actual live event starts, we want to disable the option to send a question anonymously. May I assume it is possible by enabling the setting of anonymous option until the actual event starts and then, disable it right at when we start the actual event?
Is it possible we track the same person’s answers without having to know his name? For example I’m going to ask the same question before and after the class. How can I know if the individual has changed the answer after the class?I don’t want to know who the people are. I just want to make sure the pre-test and post-test are the same person. Thanks!
Is it possible to use Slido outside of a live event? I am interested in sharing documents with my audience then then having them respond with polls, questions and more, but over the space of several days on their own time, not just immediately in a meeting. Is this possible? Thanks so much for any guidance.
Dear Slido Developers,I have created some quizzes with Slido and would like to share them via a link. However, I do not have this possibility, when I click on the three dots for the settings. How can I share my quiz with the students? If I am not mistaken, last week I was able to do so, when I was playing with my first quiz. Many thanks in advance!
Hi, we want to create a safe event that requires all participants to sign in with their names and email-address. The participants are supposed to vote for board members. This poll should be anonymous, there should be no option to see which participant voted for a specific person. Is this possible? And am I correct in understanding that each person can change their vote as often as they want until the voting is locked. But only the last vote will be counted in the final result?
HiIsn’t it possible to have a closed voting poll? If you have a big competition where the winner is via votes from the audiance, and during the voting only the admin can see the results? If the voting is visible for everyone and updated every time someone cast their vote, the excitement doesn’t really happen… Thanks - Nico
We are pulling first name, last name and email into our Slido embed and our users are getting a verification email when joining the session. Is there a way to turn this off? It is really annoying and not necessary for our purposes.
I have a presentation tomorrow and creating a slido event that has many quizzes for. the team. Each will need to be treated as a separate quiz with its own leaderboard. I dont want to create multiple slido events (because this will be a pain for the audience). I want to create 1 slido event that will then have multiple quizzes with each one having their own leaderboard and not connected to the other quizzes. Is this possible? Thanks
Hi, I hope this is the right channel to post this question. So, here’s the thing. We want to launch a survey to all our employees in lots of countries in Europe. e.g. Germay, Italy, Poland. Our colleagues from compliance /GDPR would like to know if Sli.do collects IP addresses of the respondents to the survey. thank you Mirela
Hello! How does one disable the option to answer poll questions anonymously? Not questions, I see that option in the features settings of my Slido event. When answering polls, I see the option below the submit button to answer as myself or answer as anonymous. I checked the event settings and made sure that Name is required. Thank you!
Hi. We would like to use the word cloud in our live event with 500 people. And, if we receive poisonous responses, we want to immediately find and delete them. If 500 people start to send responses at the same time, what is the effective way to quickly find poisonous answers (especially in case there are many poisonous responses) and delete them? Does the moderator see the new response at the top so the moderator should check each new response as each of 500 people sends a response? It might be difficult for one moderator to do it, so, should we arrange 2-3 moderators to check each new response/delete any poisonous response? Or could you pls advise any efficient way? Thank you
