Hi slido community,
I’m frequently using slido surveys to collect feedback from customer account managers around the globe, about their own customers.
One problem I face is that these customer account managers provide support to several customers, and as far as I know, Slido only allows one entry to the survey per participant. This means that they can only reply to the survey for one of their customers.
Does anyone know how to solve this limitation?
Any setting that has to be changed? Or any workaround?
