Can I lock the order for answers to multi-choice questions?

Hi. I created a Multi-choice poll for a recent all hands meeting using an answer scale starting with “Strongly agree” through five responses to “Strongly disagree”. As a new user, what I hadn’t realised is that, by default, the results would display in the Active Poll with the most popular answer first descending to the least popular. Is there a way I can lock the order so results are displayed for my audience in the same order in which I created the poll?

Hi, @RACQ Training

Yes, actually there’s a setting in your Event settings where you can lock the options of multiple choice poll so they don’t re-order according to the number of votes. Sorry, if you were searching for that option and you did not find it!

Go to Settings - Features - Polls - expand the option and toggle in Fix order of poll options. We also have an article about it where you can see the visual tutorial, too.

Hope this helps.
