Change ranking poll results: # vs %

Your screenshot shows that you’re trying to change the numbers in a ranking poll to percentages, however that’s not possible for a ranking poll. This is because the numbers are the average rank assigned to the option by participants and so it cannot be changed into a percentage. You can see more about how the numbers are calculated here. If you export poll results per user, you can see the order in which each participant ranked the options if this helps.

In your use case, a multiple choice poll would be better. In this type of poll, participants choose one or more options and then you can see the percentages of participants who chose the different options.
