I have an account, now it appears I had an account because it is not allowing me to sign in and also, the Slido icon is no longer on my ppt toolbar. 

 

Any ideas of why this is?????

I think the best and quickest course of action would be to reach out to our Customer care team at support@slido.com or by opening a chat. You’ll find it under the green question mark on the bottom right corner of our website. 

Could you please include: 
1. The email you used to sign up 
2. A screenshot or explanation of what appears when you try to log in 
3. Confirm whether you have Windows 10 21H1 or later and Microsoft PowerPoint 2013 or later.
4. When you last used Slido integration with PowerPoint
