How can i run multiple polls at the same time with the same access link?

I am wanting to run a post event survey, i am looking to ask around 5 questions. Ideally i would like to be able to send a link that would take the members to a 5 question open response survey. Is this possible and if so what membership would i need for this? Thanks in advanced.

Hi @Facilitator - yes this is possible, you can do this with the free Slido basic plan by setting up a survey with 5 poll questions in it, then you can share a link to that survey with participants after the event.
