I dont have an option for organization settings!

Are you an admin or the owner of your account? Only owners and admins can see organisation settings.
If you are an owner/admin, please follow the steps in this guide to get the invoice:
If you are an owner/admin and you can’t see organisation settings, please reach out to our lovely customer care team at support@slido.com and they will assist you.
