Do you mean the event code? If so, It could be possible that your event code is no longer active as the event has expired.
In your slido admin, under events, you will see your events listed and their start and end dates. If the event code isn’t working for participants, this could be because the event is finished and you need to change the event dates so your participants can join with the code.
