If one has a large number of multiple choice questions (say > 5) the default format for display of responses is larger than the display window. Is there any way to reduce the size so this fits the diaplay, rather than having to manually scroll up and down to show results off the top or bottom?

The way this works is that the number of options shown on your screen depends on your screen resolution. This is to make sure that all options are clearly visible.
So unfortunately, scrolling up and down is your only option right now.
Your participants should see more options on their devices before scrolling though. Depending on the size of their screen, it should fit around 7 single-line options before the need to scroll.
