Hi. I have been testing the polls for my upcoming events and afterwards I have reset the results. However, I can still see how many participants have participated in the testing under active/joined participant. Can I somehow delete these numbers? Because I can see that these numbers is part of the of the overall analytics and therefore effecting the “real” statistics from my polls.
Under Event Settings > General > Basic Information, I see where you can set start dates and end dates for your event. Is there any way you can set a start time and end time as well for an event? Rather than saying my event is open from 10/26 - 10/29, I’d like be able to say that my event is open from 10/26 @ 8:00am EST until 10/29 @ 10:00am EST. Thanks!
I’ve created a survey, but unsure how to make sure that employee names/personal details aren’t connected to their response. When I tested in, I have the option to submit as anonymous (see below screenshot), but I want to avoid that step for user and set it up as anonymous from the start. Can’t figure out how - can someone please help? Thanks!
Is there a way to have multiple ratings under one question? For example, the question could be “What rating do you give team 1?” and there would be 3 ratings of “relevance to brief”, “presentation” and “wow factor”. Is there a way to have these all show on one page instead of creating a survey where each rating is on a new page?
Can participants move to the next question on their own? Or do I have to advance each question in real time? For example, can I share the polls ahead of time for participants to answer in their own time? Then we can see the results together? Is there a setting I have to change to allow this to happen?
Hey Slido Community,I am putting together a training presentation and was hoping to include the word cloud question.I love that they display the answers and as the more popular repeated answers/key words get mentioned they grow in size. However, is there a function that allows us to approve/vet the answers before they appear on the word cloud? Our higher ups voiced concerns about the possibility of people entering whatever they want (disparaging, abusive and or harassing comments) Thank you.A
Hello everyone. In new to slido. Was testing it yesterday. I noticed the fonts were small when presenting to my audience for answers to questions I made. The fonts we small on my projector and they were hard for audience to read. How do I make the fonts bigger when presenting.
At current time, if there is Q&A and Polls enabled, when the Slido panel loads, the Polls tab is displayed as default. I am unable to find any information on how to change it so that Q&A is displayed as default when the page is first loaded. Some assistance would be appreciated!
How do I create a ranking poll which allows participants to ALSO add entries like in an open text poll?
How do I create a ranking poll which allows participants to ALSO add entries like in an "open text” poll? The problem with the vote-based ranking in the “open text” polls is that people can only vote (thumb up) an item once, and so their actual ranking will be obscured by a bunch of single votes for many options. And yet, the ability for audience to add items in the “open text” format is really lovely (a feature that’s absent in the ranking polls). Let me know how this can be achieved, and if it’s not a feature, it’d be great if it could be created!
I didn’t know I cannot erase my polls and surveys from the list during my live event, the thing is I did that so i didn’t get confused with the questions… I played my poll, and then stoped it and then erase that question and so on… now I don’t have the Metrics and results of 3 days of my love event, my client is so mad… can i recover that information?? Is there any chance?
Can I select a category from the OpenTDB and is there a bulk upload or import of questions for quiz?
Hello, I am not sure if this feature exists, but is there away to filter down to a certain category when using the OpenTDB button in the quiz setup menu? I can see on the OpenTDB website that they have an API set up that lets you select category and difficulty of each question. Is this something we can also do within Slido? If not is there a way I can ‘upload’ a set of questions from say a spreadsheet (in a certain format) into Slido? Thanks in advanceRichard
Good afternoon,I am using slido for webpages and I am using the embed code to insert it in the webpage. The problem is that at the end of the square the word slido is still appearing in the square. I would like to ask for help to remove it from the square. Can you please help me out? Many thanks!
Hi all!I’d like to know if anyone knows if there’s a chance to build dependencies in surveys with questions and predefined answers to choose? For example:If a participant choose in a survey that he/she’s ‘not satisfied’ then get other follow-up questions for unsatisfied participants as in contrast a participant who’s choosing ‘satisfied’.So the advantage would be to ask specific questions related to the answer before. Thanks in advance!Benedikt
