Moving slidos from guest to enterprise license

Hi everyone,


I’ve recently changed from “guest” to “user” within my companies enterprise license. Any idea how I can transfer any of the old slidos from guest to my new account? Unfortunately they’re both under the same e-mail address…

Hey @Markus Küll,

You aren’t able to transfer events between accounts yourself, but you should be able to find polls from the event where you’re a guest in your templates.

If you reach out to our lovely customer care team at, they might be able to transfer events between accounts.
