Reactivating an Expired Event

How can I re-activate an event that was originally to expire on 1/31/22.   I changed the expire date this AM.  Looked like it worked...but...no seems to be able to join/access the event except me.  What can I do?

Hey @JML,

I’m sorry to hear that your participants were having trouble accessing the event. Could you please check that event dates in the top left corner underneath the event name include the day of your event? If not, please change them in the event settings. For expired events, if you open Present mode, you will see the option to reactivate the event which changes the event dates automatically.
