Unable to login via my work email. when I enter my email and click on “continue” button, nothing happens and screen stays the same.
Also when I try to create a new account with my work email, it says user account already exists.
As an alternate workaround, I tried to create webex account with my work email and attempted to login via webex with same work email. I got logged in successfully but not able to access the Slido event link as admin (event setup with corporate account and my work email has been given admin rights to manage).
Unable to get through and access the Slido event as admin after multiple troubleshoot. Any help is much appreciated. Many thanks.

We would need both email addresses you are using to access Slido so we can look into the account from the other end.
