Update Slido Plug in PowerPoint?

In Powerpoint Slido keeps asking for upgrades, but I already have the Engage plan. How to update the plan in PPTX?

Hi @Arnoud DD,

When you log into Slido in Powerpoint, it automatically connects to your account and it recognises that you’re on the Engage plan. Please check that you are logged in with the correct email address and that the event linked to your slide deck is on the Engage plan. If you created the event before buying the Engage plan, it would still be on the free Basic plan. You can “upgrade” the event by duplicating it. Remember to then connect it to your presentation.

It’s also possible that Slido is asking you for an update rather than an upgrade. When we release new versions of the add-in, Slido will prompt you to update to the latest version. Could you try updating and see if the message disappears at least for some time?
