Is there any way we can make the “external link” more prominent, as users from a phone won’t intuitively go to the sidebar if there is only a poll and nothing guides them there.

At the moment, you can only add the external link into the sidebar. I totally get that it might not be noticeable for phone users, so you could potentially paste the link into the poll text.
