Format your poll and question exports

Here are a few steps on how to easily format your Excel question or poll exports:

Download the Excel (.xlsx) file

To download your data:

1. Go to your Slido event
2. Click on Analytics tab and then on Export
3. Choose the file you want to work with (Questions, Replies, Poll results, Poll results per user)

Format cells as a table

Once you have the data:

1. Open the file
2. Select a cell that contains data and then press Ctrl + A
3. Select the format by Home > Format as Table and hit OK
    

Sort data in your table

To work with the data:

1. Click on the ‘sort button’ next to the column header
2. Sort: from A to Z and vice versa or from Smallest to Largest and vice versa
    

Filter data in your table

To filter your data: 

1. Click on the ‘sort button’ next to the column header
2. Pick only entries that interest you by selecting and deselecting particular records
3. Hit OK or Enter to confirm
    

Pro tip: Improve table readability
 

One way to improve the readability is to:

1. Select all rows that contain data
2. Hover over to the last row
3. Wait for <- | -> to appear and double-click on it
