Hello! I integrated Slido with Microsoft Teams. Until a few days ago, all participants were able to successfully participate in the Quiz created with your platform. For some hours, however, we have had this problem: some of the participants, after clicking the "S" icon, cannot see the "Join" button in order to participate, but are faced with a gray screen. This is a problem that only happens to some users. All users use the Teams App. Instead this screen should appear this: Do you have any suggestions to solve this problem? Thank you
I know that you can change the language for a specific Slido, and that my webex meeting attendees see everything in the selected Language. Yet I can’t find a way to change the language in Webex itself, and some of my colleagues would prefer to use the app in German when they’re hosting Slido. So my question is, can you change the language for the Slido App itself IN Webex? And if yes then where? thanks in advance Patrik

Hello all,I just learned about the Slido not being integrated with Microsoft Teams Live Event. Very soon I will have a Live Event session for which I prepared a PowerPoint deck embedded with Slido interactions (polls, rankings, ratings and such). I plan to present this slide deck during the Live Event.Did anyone already tried this option? How well did it work? Any tips for me?Thanks a bunch!Stjepan
Love working with Slido at work! The polls are great for participants to show what they learned troughout our Webex Sessions. Anyways as mentioned I’m working with polls a lot and I noticed that there is a bug when showing correct answers in a Survey poll. Im using the Webex Slido App, after i gathered all the answers, I lock voting, show results and then show the correct answer, but it only shows the correct answer of the first Question. I though maybe i have to do each question manually? but no that is also not the case. I found out that its working perfectly fine when using the Slido Admin app, but my colleagues prefer to work with Webex as some of them only work with 1 Monitor. I guess my question is: Is this a Problem on our Side or something that Webex/Slido have to fix? thanks in advance!
Hi is it possible to configure Slido to work in an environment that supports both Webex and Microsoft Teams? SSO was configured originally for Webex. We have enabled Slido in the Teams App policy and it ‘works’ however every time you access it in Teams it forces you to login again.
I am planning to use Slido for an online training session in PowerPoint. I have two screens. My large monitor with my webcam on the top... and my Surface Pro laptop below. I use presenter mode on the laptop then swap that to my large screen so I can see me notes clearly and have my eyeline near the camera. The regular slide show for what the participants see remains below on the laptop. All good usually but when I click through to the Slido poll slides the slido presentation only appears in about 2/3rd of the slide. Anyone know how to rectify this? I need my presenter notes on the large monitor up top as I can barely see the surface!
Hi everyone.I have just set up a powerpoint presentation with some slido word cloud slides embedded into it. I am wanting to run the same presentation at a few different events. How can i set this up so the responses to the questions posed on slido are new for each event and dont show the responses from the other events..?
I have integrated Slido slides in my powerpoint presentation for a training. At this time, the presentation is full screen and I can't see the participants, if they raise their hands or if they comment. Nor can't I see the clock and desktop applications. I need to be able to see the rest of my screen and the MS Teams functions.

HiOur team is designing a new powerpoint training presentation, that will be used in virtual classrooms over MS teams. We are incorporating slido for the first time, so its a steep learning curve! We have worked out that the presentation can be reused, great, but how can we use the presentation at the same time, by two trainers ,running two different sessions? Can you advise please? Also, In total there are six trainers who will be using the presentation ,but no more than two at one time. Are there any other factors we should consider? Our company has a professional package if that helps.
Hello,I use Slido directly from PowePoint so that I don’t have to exit my presentation while presenting. In the past, I’ve been able to create a multiple choice quiz right in PowerPoint but when I try to now, it only allows me to create a one question quiz. Once I go to Slido website I can create a multiple question quiz but I’d have to leave my presentation to do so. What happened? How was I able to do so in the past and not anymore?
