I installed “Slido for Windows 0.17.1.1417.2102171556.msi” for Office 365 Pro Plus, and the Slido green button does appear in the Home bar. When I installed the same Slido version for Office 365 Enterprise, the Slido green button does not appear in the Home bar. Got the error message below:Location: mscoree.dllLoad Behavior: Not loaded. A runtime error occurred during the loading of the COM Add-in. Please advise on how to fix the issue above. Thanks!
Hello,we use a proxy device for Internet access, does anyone know what urls the slido add on uses to connect? We are able to connect to slido from any browser without any problems. When we try to connect via powerpoint, it needs further authentication. We have allowed https://powerpoint-addin.sli.do Thanks
Hi,I installed the Powerpoint-AddIn today (24th of January 21) but Slido is not automatically starting in ppt when I share it in presetation mode via Teams. When I share my desktop. It works. I understood from other discussions that this bug was known an that there was a bug fix by a higer slido version, but obvioulsy this is still not working. Any idea ? RegardsKatja
I have PPT slides that have embedded live polls and Q&A windows. I have tested this presentation before, and everything worked. Currently, when I run the slides -- using the “Present with Slido” button -- the polls do not show in the presentation. It just shows the placeholder slide. For this same PPT file, if I add a new poll now, then it shows as expected during the presentation. But the saved poll slides still do not work.I have checked that I am connected to the correct event. (I have two different ones, for two different classes that I am teaching,) I’ve tried restarting PPT and restarting the (Windows) laptop. No change.Any ideas?
Can different PowerPoint presentations refer to the same Slido event? I am planning to use in class. Sometimes, I’m not 100% sure how much will be covered in a single lecture. If I get to the end of one PowerPoint presentation, and want to start the next, can both of those presentations refer to the same Slide event? I don’t want to have to switch events in the middle of class.Or do I need to set up a new hashtag for each slide deck?
How can we suppress the autoupdate on the client? We use MS SCCM for the app deployment. When closing the app or PowerPoint it tries to make an update. Can this be suppressed, as the users have no right to install apps on their clients.?Thanks.
Hi,I was going to insert a poll into an already existing presentation using the PowerPoint plugin. When I press the button, on the right side of the screen I can’t see all the events I have in my (free) account. I see only one of them.If I do the same steps in a fresh presentation everything works fine and I can see all the events.I tried to copy the working slide from the fresh presentation to the already existing one but it doesn’t work.I tried to log out and in again but not solving the problem.Any idea? Thanks. Stefano
Hi,I have added Slido to my meeting in Microsoft Team. I can create polls etc. and attendees are able to participate via the slido website login. The attendees however are not seeing the polls on the Microsoft Teams meeting screen. They are logged in via the app. Do I (as organiser of the meeting) need to do anything else so they can see the Slido polls on Microsoft Teams? Thanks.Karen

The Slido green button does not appear in the Home bar for me. I’ve downloaded Slido for Powerpoint three times and installed (and uninstalled, and reinstalled) it three times. I’ve restarted PowerPoint every time. I’m running Microsoft Office Home and Student 2016 (PowerPoint Version 2010, Build 13328.20356). I’d really like to use this tool, but how do I get it to integrate with PowerPoint?
Hi! I had installed slido for PPT and it was working perfectly, then I was collaborating on a PPT w/ a colleague, and their version of PPT is different than mine… so after they had edited the slides, the slido plugin no longer worked. I have un-installed and re-installed it 4+ times, and I still can’t get the plug in to show up in PPT again. Any ideas?
I have a Slido session created by another user that is linked to my Slides presentation. I want to remove that Slido account and use mine in the same presentation. When I log into my sli.do account from the Slides sidebar, I get:“This presentation is linked to another Slido account. To edit existing polls or add new ones, please switch to the Slido account connected to this presentation.” But I can’t find a way to unlink the other Slido account. I’ve tried when logged in as the other user. We also deleted the Slido session from the other user’s Slido events, but it’s still linked to the Slides presentation. Please Help!
