Scale of PPT presentation slides

This is my first time using Slido.  I’ve integrated into PowerPoint, and entered my questions.  When I go into presenter mode, the content is not scaled correctly, and appears off screen - the QR code takes up half of the visible screen space.  Is there a way to rescale the slides?Thankyou

Enabling voting on a free text poll

Hi there,I am trying to create a poll where a statement/question is made to the participants, and they can then use the free text field to submit their thoughts and answers. Ideally I would then like other participants be able to vote or ‘like’ any answers that they see appear on the screen, so we can then rank the answers.  Is this possible?

Smaller Fonts?

I have a poll with 18 multiple responses and only about 6 of them fit on the screen.  Can you change the font size?  I do not want to change my resolution as I have a second monitor that I use in Presenter’s View.  Bests, Sue

When using the slido app in MS teams, how many participants logged into the teams event can use the slido function? Is it only the same number as your level of slido membership? Or can all participants logged into the team meeting use it? Ta!

Slido Code No Longer Appearing in Present Mode

Hi team! I host both weekly All Hands & monthly Town Halls for our company and have been using the Chrome extension for months already and it’s been great to use! Unfortunately, in the last couple of weeks, the event code is no longer showing up in the present mode & is also not showing up when I hover over the top right corner to toggle it back and forth. The interaction slides work fine, but I would really like to have the code back! I use the same settings each time on both slide decks and I’ve tried it on multiple decks & have spent a while searching through the settings for something that was accidentally clicked, but no luck. Is there something I missed? Please help!

Issues advancing to next slides in powerpoint after poll

I have a live poll on my first slide, but cannot seem to advance to next slides in presentation. It appears hitting the next buttons moves slides (I can exit out of presentation by hitting enough times) but the remaining slides never show...help!!!

Slido placeholder slide flashing in transition

Hello all,I am hoping you can all help. When I deliver a presentation using the Slido PowerPoint integration app, the placehold slide flashes/blinks between the slide tranistion. My transition setting are set to none.Is there a solution or settings I am missing?

Blank screen instead of Slido poll when in PowerPoint presenter mode

Hi,I’m using the Slido PowerPoint integration tool. I’ve included polls in my presentation. When I present the slideshow, once I come to a Slido poll, the screen is blank. If I advance forward to the next slide it continues the presentation. No question or information is displayed and my participants can’t see anything either.Can you help with a solution please?

Survey isn't showing results for all questions in Webex

Love working with Slido at work! The polls are great for participants to show what they learned troughout our Webex Sessions. Anyways as mentioned I’m working with polls a lot and I noticed that there is a bug when showing correct answers in a Survey poll. Im using the Webex Slido App, after i gathered all the answers, I lock voting, show results and then show the correct answer, but it only shows the correct answer of the first Question. I though maybe i have to do each question manually? but no that is also not the case. I found out that its working perfectly fine when using the Slido Admin app, but my colleagues prefer to work with Webex as some of them only work with 1 Monitor.  I guess my question is: Is this a Problem on our Side or something that Webex/Slido have to fix? thanks in advance!

Hi everyone.I have just set up a powerpoint presentation with some slido word cloud slides embedded into it. I am wanting to run the same presentation at a few different events. How can i set this up so the responses to the questions posed on slido are new for each event and dont show the responses from the other events..?

PowerPoint - using presenter view - slido not showing correctly

I am planning to use Slido for an online training session in PowerPoint.  I have two screens.  My large monitor with my webcam on the top... and my Surface Pro laptop below.  I use presenter mode on the laptop then swap that to my large screen so I can see me notes clearly and have my eyeline near the camera.  The regular slide show for what the participants see remains below on the laptop. All good usually but when I click through to the Slido poll slides the slido presentation only appears in about 2/3rd of the slide.  Anyone know how to rectify this?  I need my presenter notes on the large monitor up top as I can barely see the surface!

Slido slide is too big for my screen in PowerPoint

I’ve created a Power Point deck and included three slido slides. I click on the “Present with Slido” button to view the deck as if I was presenting it.The problem...the slido slide font is too big and does not fit in my screen. Is there a way for me to adjust the size of the Slido slide so all contents fit in my screen?
