Uploading your own logo and colours to both Participant and Present mode allows you to customize the look of your event and match it with your branding. It's also possible to display partner or sponsor logos in Present mode. Available in our Professional plan and higher. In this article:Add logos Add custom colors and background to Present mode Customize Participant mode Add logos Whether you’re running a team meeting, town hall or a big conference, you can brand your event with a logo. To give exposure to your sponsors or partners, you can also upload theirs.Go to Settings Select Customization Upload your picture in BrandingWe recommend using an aspect ratio of 1.15 : 1 for the event logos. A great example would be an image 250 px wide and 217 px high. You can choose to hide or display the white background behind your logo. This works only for transparent pictures.Partner and sponsor logos You can add more than one partner or sponsor logo. All uploaded pictures will rotate at the bo
Hey @Slido Team ,I just recognized that my Slido survey sidebar does not pop up again on the participant desktop client when he has closed it before. In this case I have always to mention verbally to manually reopen it.In contrast, the native pollings open the sidebar every time I open a new poll. Can I change this or is it part of the roadmap?Best Regards,Rouven
I have a red exclamation mark appearing in my powerpoint, I have logged into my account which was sucessful and it tells me to open powerpoint but the exclamation mark still appears. I have uninstalled and re-installed, but still having the same problem. Slido is enabled, I have checked that. Is there anything I am missing?
Dear Slido Developers,I have created some quizzes with Slido and would like to share them via a link. However, I do not have this possibility, when I click on the three dots for the settings. How can I share my quiz with the students? If I am not mistaken, last week I was able to do so, when I was playing with my first quiz. Many thanks in advance!
Hi Slido community, is there an article explaining the scores/data provided in the Event summary report? Particularly the top section, what contributes to those metrics? For example, what does an Engagement score of 140 mean? I found this article which seems tangential, but doesn’t show the same cores from this report. Please let me know.Thank you!Jordan
You can decide whether you want your participants to ask questions and answer polls anonymously or with their names, by default. Even if you’re using Single Sign On (SSO), your audience can interact with Slido totally anonymously. If you'd rather everyone use their names, you can set this up too. This can be done through privacy settings on both an event and organizational level. Available in Professional, Enterprise, Premium, and Institution plans. In this article: Participant privacy options Changing privacy settings for a single event Changing privacy settings for all new events Participant privacy options You can choose from four options: Anonymous by default Named by default Always stay anonymous Always require name These options don’t affect the Quiz (where participant names are required) nor the Ideas feature. Please note that you Slido can’t store data of external participants in Webex meetings and webinars. Names of participants outside of your Webex organization will show

I just used slido and it was a disaster. In presentation mode I could only see the top 25% of the screen. I did a dry run the day before and it worked. In my actual meeting the scale was 400%. So I couldn’t see the responses for my interactions. I tested other presentations without slido and it worked fine.
Hi,I have an event that will take place in 2 locations (parallel sessions) at the same time, one at an auditorium and the second one in a multipurpose room:Should I create 1 event with 2 rooms? Presenters will broadcast the event with the room location that they are presenting from so questions will go to the proper event room.Room 1 AuditoriumRoom 2 Multipurpose roomOr should I create 2 different events to avoid confusion? Presenters will broadcast the event on their slides when presenting so questions will go to the proper event location.#XYZAuditorium#XYZMPR (multipurpose room)
I’m using the Slido integration in PowerPoint. I have two monitors that I use. When presenting, I usually display the PowerPoint on Monitor 2. However, when a Slido poll comes up, the interactive poll window shows up in Monitor 1, instead of Monitor 2. Monitor 2 shows the “non-presenter mode” white Slido screen that just has the question. Is there a way to choose which screen/monitor the poll shows up on?
Is there a way to make it so the speed of participants’ answers doesn’t matter in quizzes? My team are complaining that it isn’t fair on people that have slower internet connections, English isn’t their first language etc which is fair enough. To make it more inclusive I’d like it to just be a simple 1 point for correct, 0 points for incorrect. Is this possible?
HelloIs it or will it be possible to extract an RSS feed of the questionsor chat ?If we want to import data “live” now we have to export it every timewe want our Google Spreadsheet to update. It would be nice if new datais automatically published in a file. This way we can refer to that file in our live broadcast and put thequestions in the show. Thank you.
Before your event or meeting starts, we recommend testing Slido. If you purchased a paid plan, don't you worry! Testing your event won't make it expire. You can either test Slido directly from your Admin or use a second device (such as a smartphone) to fully simulate the experience of your participants. In this article:Test directly from your Admin Test using a smartphone Delete testing questions and reset poll results Test directly from your AdminThe easiest way to test your event is by using the Participant mode widget which you can find on the left-hand side of your Admin. Simply open it when you want to send a testing question or try voting in a poll - or if you want to test anything else from your audience's perspective!Once done, don’t forget to hit the green Present mode button (in the upper-right corner) to simulate showing Slido to your audience. Try sending a questionTry voting in a pollPlease make sure that your poll is active before voting. You can activate a poll by hittin

When displaying the results of a multiple choice poll, the choices and bar charts do not resize to fit the screen, and I have to scroll through the results which does not make for a clean presentation when you are displaying them on a screen. Is there any workaround for this? Thanks!
In the Quiz function, if I create a question with pictures, then the answer options will not be displayed on the screen during presentation.

Word cloud creates a "cloud" of the most popular words or short phrases that are sent by your audience. It lets you identify silent heroes, find out which company value resonates the most with your employees, or just warm up your participants with a fun question before it comes to more serious topics. I am doing a presentation at a conference and required to send my deck (with my embedded Slido polls) to them to load. I am required to use this...but how do i make the slido polls work as if its my computer as i go thru the slide show? Giving the link to the event is one thing, but as i’ll be managing my slides the computer, I still need them to come up as I present. Is it as easy as logging in to my slido on the other computer via a ppt plug in? any short cut to make this happen? Thank you!
If the Slido event requires Authentication by requesting name and email address, will these settings follow through if the polls are launched in a Webex meeting? Or is there way to pull the name and email address through the participants Webex login?
