I’m using presenter mode for PowerPoint and when I get to the Slido slide it pops out of presenter mode into a full screen display. When I press the arrow key to move to the next slide I am no longer in presenter mode, all I see is the full slide screen. Has anyone else encountered this issue? Thank you!

If you can use 2 screens, this should work ok. In the case you can only use one screen Slido will be popping out as you described.
There is a workaround wich might not be the most convenient but should work:
- start presenting (alt+F5)
- share your PowerPoint window
- when you arrive at a Slido slide hit alt+tab
- continue presenting
