Could not open MS Powerpoint after install Slido

Hi, I have just recently install Slido Add-In to MS Powerpoint. But, the Powerpoint doesnt open successfully after the installation. Msg shown below. What should I do?

Could you try the steps in our PowerPoint Troubleshooting article? 

It also does look like this is an issue with PowerPoint. I would recommend restarting your computer and trying again.

Thank you @Cori from slido for your reply. I’ve tried the trouble shooting steps but still it does not work. The Slido Support team had reach out to me via email. I will continue to connect with them to help me solve the problem.

I have the same issue.  Did you eventually solve it?
