Powerpoint pluginn network error

Hi,

 

When I open Powerpoint I can see Slido. After pressing the box appears however I get a message stating ‘network error please check your connection and retry’. I have run the check.me and everything is green. I am on the internet so the network connect seems fine.

 

Can you help?

Thanks for reaching out! 

Are you perhaps using a VPN or Proxy with authentication? 

If you’d be able to send us the Slido logs from your computer that would help to detect the problem.

How to get logs

  1. Click Start, type Slido and launch it
  2. Right-click the “S” icon in the system tray (bottom-right corner)
  3. Select Get logs
  4. Attach the generated .zip file to the email to support@slido.com
