slido addin for powerpoint

Slido for PowerPoint is not installing, it's showing error -2503

Please provide solution I have tried all the steps which are suggested in community.

Hi @chandni,

I’ve just checked with our Product Team and error 2503 suggests that there’s a problem with your Windows Installer and not with Slido. 

Unfortunately, there’s nothing we can do from our side. You’ll need to check this problem with your IT administrator or Microsoft Support to fix the issue.
