Is it possible to embed Q&A to be present as a side panel on all slides so the presenters and participants see the questions as they are being asked during the presentation or discussion?

Embedding Slido as a side-panel on all slides is not possible but there are many other ways that participants and presenters can see questions as they are coming in live. After joining the event, participants can always see the Q&A on their devices. When it comes to presenters, you can add multiple Q&A slides throughout your presentation or you can give them collaborator access to your event so that they see the Q&A from Slido admin. Alternatively, you can ask presenters to also join the Slido event on their devices and they will be able to see questions coming in live, same as the participants.
By the way, a side panel is a great idea! I have marked this as a feature request and I’m passing it on.
