You can sort audience questions according to their popularity, chronological order, or the importance you give them. The options vary depending on where the Q&A's are displayed.
As a Slido admin, you can set up the order of audience questions in:
- Present mode - popular, recent, oldest, starred
- Admin mode - popular, recent, oldest, starred, labelled
- Participant mode - popular, recent
Change the order of audience questions in Present mode
To change the order of questions on Present mode:
- Open Present mode
- Click on Top questions
- Select one of the options.
Change the order of audience questions in Admin mode
In the admin mode, you can sort the questions by popularity or time.
- Go to Audience Q&A,
- Click Filter button
- Change the sorting
Changing the sorting only affects your admin mode.
You can use Labels to filter specific questions.
Change the order of audience questions in Participant mode
By default, the questions on participants' devices are sorted by the most upvoted ones. To can change the default sorting to "Recent":
- Go to Settings
- Go to Slido Labs
- Enable the option Recent questions by default
After enabling this option, your participants will see the questions on their devices in chronological order with the latest questions on the top.
Regardless of the default setting, the participants can switch between popular and recent questions anytime.
The "Oldest" and "Starred" sorting options are only available for Admin and Present modes.
