Community Terms 


“Slido Community” means any community features or forums made available by Slido.


“Community User” means any Slido Customer that decides to log in to the Slido Community with their Slido account log in details. 


“Community Manager” means a representative of Slido in charge of the Slido Community.


Capitalized terms not defined here have the same meaning as under the Slido Terms of Service.


Participation in the Slido Community is governed by these Community Terms, along with all other agreements and/or Slido Terms of Service that you or your company has agreed to with Slido, including our Slido Privacy, and other governing principles we may include in the Slido Community (together, the “Terms”).


Your Slido account for the use of the Slido Service can be used to log in to the Slido Community and interact as a Community User. The Slido Community is an optional service and Slido Users are not required to use and/or interact with the Community as a part of their use and/or interaction with the Slido Service. The Slido Community platform is provided by InSided BV, one of Slido’s Service Providers the full list of which is available at https://www.sli.do/terms#service-providers.


General code of conduct

Our Slido Community is there for everyone, however we want to make sure that it offers a positive experience for all visitors. Therefore, general principles have been established. Should there be any questions or issues, please let us know via an email to community@slido.com.

Be friendly

Community Users must treat one another with respect. Community Users will not post any racist, insulting, sexist, discriminatory, threatening or otherwise insulting comments, will not use coarse language, make inappropriate jokes or otherwise harass other Community Users.


Stay legal
Community Users may not post any pornographic or otherwise offensive material, share illegal or copyrighted content, attempt to distribute illegal substances, distribute viruses or other material which gives you access to the computers or systems of other Community Users, or generally anything that is considered illegal under the applicable laws.

Stay on topic
Please do not change the subject of a discussion to something not intended by the original poster. Any off-topic posting or “hijacking” of threads will result in content being removed and ultimately can cause Community Users to be denied access to the Community.

No commercial use
Community Users may not use the forum for (commercial) activities such as the advertising or sale of products or services, the sending of commercial messages (spam), the offering of (interactive) games or the advertising of other chat forums or websites.

No sharing of private information
Please refrain from sharing personal information (telephone numbers, email addresses, etc.) of yourself, other people or companies.

No multiple accounts
It is not allowed to own multiple accounts on this Community. If Slido detects double accounts all secondary accounts will be banned.

Moderation
Slido reserves the right to change or remove content or to restrict access to individual Community Users, should it be regarded as necessary. It is not allowed to discuss any moderation actions in public, should you disagree with an action taken then please contact the Community Manager via private message.

Be careful
All Community Users are here to help, however nobody can be held responsible for any negative consequences resulting from information derived from this Community.
