Hi! I had installed slido for PPT and it was working perfectly, then I was collaborating on a PPT w/ a colleague, and their version of PPT is different than mine… so after they had edited the slides, the slido plugin no longer worked. I have un-installed and re-installed it 4+ times, and I still can’t get the plug in to show up in PPT again. Any ideas?
Is there a way to disable the automatic chat message that gets added to the meeting chat when Slido is added to a Teams Meeting? For some of our larger meetings, we’ve disabled the chat function within the Teams Meeting Options (as we’re going to only use the Slido Q&A); however, it still posts this message and it’s confusing for our users. The message is posted from ‘Slido’ and states the following:“Hi there! You have added Slido as a tab, so every chat participant can submit a question. If you want to use Slido in your Teams Meeting, add Slido app to your meeting in Teams Calendar. Check out this quick video or our guide for more information.”

You can now make questions mandatory to answer when sharing Surveys with your audience! Here’s how you can set it up in Slido admin 👉Go to your Polls and open up or create a Survey. On the right hand side, simply toggle on Required question for those questions that you’d like to make mandatory for your participants to answer. Activate the Survey and share your event or the link to the Survey with your audience. And here’s what your audience will see 👉If someone tries to submit the survey while skipping required questions, Slido will automatically highlight the ones that are mandatory in red and won’t let them send their answers until all of them are filled in. That’s it! You can pick and choose which questions you’d like to make mandatory to answer, or even make all of them required. We see many clients using required questions for collecting feedback after strategic meetings, such as all-hands or quarterly reviews. This is to make sure that they collect the opinions of even tho

Although I uncheck the option “show leaderboard after question“ for every question, at the end of the quiz, the performance of the quizzers is shown. I do not need to show this table in any quiz. Please let me know how to disable this feature. Thanks in advance.
I created a poll/survey in slido.com a few weeks ago. Now I want to load it into a Webex I’ve created. In fact I want to reuse it in several Webex meetings. When I open a Webex meeting, I open Slido and I find no way to find it or load it. I’d expect it to let me enter a Slido code like #125634 or past a URL.So after starting to write this, I found that I could open Slido in Webex and then I found an Advanced Setting button in the side panel. I click on that and a dialog box opens. In that dialog, I hit the back button then click on the hamburger menu and choose Switch Event and then I can find my event. My survey opens in that dialog box. So that is some progress but I’m unsure how I can make that survey appear for the other people attending the webinar. This seems like a convoluted process. The solution to these problems seems so clear and simple.
I followed steps from video to download add-in. As soon as I open PowerPoint, Slido icon says I’m offline. The error never goes away even if I logout of Slido and back in again. I am most definitely not offline. Has anyone seen this error before? Thanks.
Hello,I would like to deactivate a Slido session linked to a PPT.Indeed, if I wanna use this very PPT with another Slido, I hardly understand how to get to the “switch session” window that I sometimes see in the Slido windows. It seems that the Slido session is litterally stuck to the PPT.How can I “de-stick” them?Thanks.CDR71
Hi, I was wondering if the following is possible, but can’t find anything. I want to run a poll during a presentation. However, once I go to a next slide, I want to keep the question open. I always have 1 “normal” slide and 1 polling slide. Is it possible that users can actually go back, once the new question is automatically displayed, but they want to keep adding their answer(s) to the prior question? Thank you!
I have completed a poll in PowerPoint and have gone into analytics tab to download the results in PPT. When I click on the PDF icon, it just continues to clock without downloading. Any thoughts? I have logged off and back as well as restarted my computer. I am using Chrome as the browser so shouldn’t be a browser issue. Thanks!
While using Slido in WebEx I get the pop up message “You’re using an outdated view of Slido. We’ll enable the new version for you on Dec 1, 2022.” Will this version be finalized before I get forced off from the old Slido view?I noticed not all features work there, the one I'm mainly concerned about are Agendas. Without Agendas all the questions are cluttered in a random order, which makes it hard to find the right question at the right time. Another thing that does not work are Surveys. Locking + showing the answers, doesn't actually show participants the correct answer. These are both features that are a MUST in my opinion and I hope they will get addressed before the December update.
I have created a brand new powerpoint, only downloaded it from Canva today and SLi.do plugin is telling me that the presentation is linked to another account. This has been happening with a few different presentations and I don’t know why!

Hi, I am trying to use the Slido addon for PowerPoint. On my personal laptop it works fine-- I have regular slides before and after the “polling/Slido slide”, and when I advance to the polling/Slido slide, it properly displays the multiple-choice question I set up. Upon another advance, it displays the results. But on the 2 important laptops, the same process only results in a blank white screen. For a split second it flashes the question, but then goes to the blank white screen. All 3 laptops are on the same Windows 10 Pro (version 10.0.19044 Build 19044), all 3 are on the same version of the power point add-on [v18.104.22.16820 (Support ID a5e10d4e)], all 3 are on the same hard-wired internet connection DHCP (getting around 100 mb/s download + upload speed with 40 ping. Why is it displaying a blank white screen on 2 out of 3 laptops?
