Update your account name and email address

If your email address changes or for any reason you have to create a new one, you can easily update both the account name and email in your profile menu.

If your account is linked to Gmail or SSO, you can't change your email address via Slido. Contact us at support@slido.com if you need any help and we’ll take it from there. 


To update your account name and email: 

  1. Click the icon with your initials in the top-right corner
  2. Select ‘Edit’ right next to your account name
  3. Update your information and click ‘Save’

We will send you a verification email to your new email address. Remember to confirm it.

Alternatively, if you’re a license owner with at least 2 users, you can also transfer your license to somebody else.
