Hi there, I noticed you are scrapping Slido Switcher, so I have a question regarding the integrated Powerpoint for Slido, which I’ve not really used. I have a Mac and prepare all slides using the Powerpoint app. I have the Slido integration for that, so I’m happy to prepare slides that way. However, before our events, we are often advised to send the slides to the venue, and run the slides using the venue’s laptop (usually a PC). My question is, will Slido work for me, using the integration on a new device, having prepared slides as above. Do I need to download the integration tool on the venue’s Powerpoint app for it to work {which I often cannot do, as there’s IT admins involved in downloading new things to a laptop and the laptop will not belong to me)? I am attempting to configure participant SSO via Okta. I already have Member SSO in place however, the documentation is suggesting that in order for participants to log in and ask questions they must use the separate integration. There is no pre-built Okta integration for Participants so I’d like to know what I need to enter for the following: Single sign-on URL Audience URI (SP Entity ID) Secondary to the above question, is there an option to leverage the existing IDP connection used for Members to allow participant login?
Hello, Whenever we create new Slidos from the website, we don’t see them in the Slido extension in Webex. I can see old Slidos but not the newer ones.
The questions our employees ask aren't in the Q&A section on the admin side anymore. It looks like there are no questions in the Q&A but when I click “participant mode” I see all the questions. HELP!

It seems that the general setting “Show number of votes instead of percentage.” doesn´t have any impact on the reports under analytics. Here all results are shown as percentage. Am I missing something or is this a bug?

To start using polls and Q&A you first need to create a slido. Once you’ve created a slido, you can add polls, surveys, and set up audience questions. Is there an option to have an ongoing (longer than 5 days) poll or survey?
I´ve created my first survey, that still active, 8 people already answered it. However, when I tried to download the results, the column is showing zero results. Am I doing it correctly? I trtied to download per participant and also the joined results. Some questions are open and others ranking questions. How should I download it correctly and interpret the items? Thank you.

When adding a visual to your poll question, you’ll have three options: Choose an image from the Pexels library Choose a gif from the GIPHY library Upload an image from your computer Paid plan required for uploading images from your computer. I followed steps from video to download add-in. As soon as I open PowerPoint, Slido icon says I’m offline. The error never goes away even if I logout of Slido and back in again. I am most definitely not offline. Has anyone seen this error before? Thanks.
Just activated the new Slido layout and I can no longer disable polls. How do I turn off polls completely? I only want Q&A to be displayed for my audience. I do not want to see the Polls tab at all. Right now under the Polls tab it says “There are no active polls at the moment” then there’s a button that takes you back to Q&A.
Slido’s new host interface was designed to create a simpler, more intuitive experience that allows all users to get the most out of our core features. And after much consideration, we’ve made the decision not to include the ability to disable polling in the new experience. Polling is one of Slido’s core features, designed to foster engagement and interaction. While we explored different options for disabling polls, each approach ultimately created friction within the user experience, which is something we never want. So in order to maintain a seamless experience for everyone, we decided not to reintroduce the functionality. We understand this change may require adjustments for those of you who’ve relied on disabling polling in the past, and we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience.
