I bough the engage package as a one-time purchase but now I’ve realised I need to go up a level to get the functionality I want. I thought I would be able to upgrade and pay the difference (£180 minus the £60 I’ve already paid, as I haven’t had teh event yet) but that doesn’t seem to be an option.
We’re a small non-profit. Can anyone help?
