I have brought an event plan for £60 but will need to run the polls twice. Will I be able to do that or should I have brought the annual plan?

Your One-Time Plan can be used for any event lasting up to 7 consecutive days, so if those 2 times you need to run the polls fall within 7 days of each other you can definitely use this plan to do so.
