Resetting participant count after testing an event

Hi. 

I have been testing the polls for my upcoming events and afterwards I have reset the results. However, I can still see how many participants have participated in the testing under active/joined participant. Can I somehow delete these numbers? Because I can see that these numbers is part of the of the overall analytics and therefore effecting the “real” statistics from my polls.

It’s not possible to reset the joined participants, however if you have an annual plan you can duplicate the event. That will remove the joined participants, but duplicate all the content you have added as an admin ( polls, surveys, settings ect). You’ll have everything set for your event!

If you’re on the one-time paid plan, then that option won’t work. However, you can reach out to our amazing Customer Care team at support@slido.com, let them know you would like to have the joined participants removed for your upcoming event, and they will be able to help.  :)
