Integration with Powerpoint not working

We have download and installed the Slido 1.10 version but was not showing in the Power point. We have reinstalled the same but still no luck.

 

Restarted the device and updated the MS Office.

 

Have checked in System tray and PP add-ins and Disabled but nothing there.

Thanks for reporting this issue.

Could you please reach out to support@slido.com with the log file so we can see if something is blocking the download of the Slido add-in?

How to get logs

  1. Click Start, type Slido and launch it
  2. Right-click the “S” icon in the system tray (bottom-right corner)
  3. Select Get logs
  4. Attach the generated .zip file to the email
