Hi, I created a slido poll on PowerPoint but it’s not showing the QR code when I present. Can you please help? Thank you

Could you please follow these instructions:
If you don't see a QR code, check if it needs to be turned on in your event Settings:
- In your event, go to Settings
- Open Customization and then Present mode
- Toggle on Join event via QR code
