I have been testing out Slido capabilities for upcoming events as we were hoping to gather some data from focus groups using word clouds and open questions. In my test, when I went to export the data, every excel file was blank.
Is there a minimum number of participants required to be able to export data? If not, what could be causing my exports to be blank?
