Is it possible in the embedded version Slido rename q&a and polls buttons?

Renaming the Q&A and Live Polls tabs is not currently possible on your end via the Event Settings.
However, we can customize it for you depending on the team's capacities. Feel free to reach out to my lovely colleagues at support@slido.com and we will see what we can do :)
