I am hosting an event and inviting staff to submit their questions a head of time. There are some questions that have been upvoted so they are popular and move to the top. There are other questions that have not been upvoted but are along the same lines as the upvoted question. Is there any way to display similar questions together during our live event?

There is not a way to do this with Q&A but you could use Labels to categorize the Questions and filter them by what they’re in relation to. You could also archive the questions that have less upvotes but have been repeated questions with more upvotes.
