We would like to host two separate presentations, each with a slido poll - on two consecutive days.
Is this possible on the slido one-time-event option?

It is possible to use one-time event for up to 7 days. It is just important to think about the data. It will be gathered under one event so in case it is fine to you then you can use one event.
Alternatively you can just create two Slido events each covering one presentation. This way the data will be kept separate.
