Upgrade help

Hi team,

I purchased an Engage annual plan a few months back, but I think I’d like to upgrade to the next level. Is there an easy way to do this from my account? I’ve already purchase a year of the Engage level and don’t want to create a new account. What can I do?

Hi @KelseyO 

You can definitely upgrade your annual plan from within your account. Find and click on your current plan (Engage) in the upper left corner. Then choose the Professional tier and continue with checkout. The price will prorate automatically for you.
