Hi, I bought a professional plan yesterday, but now it's come back to basic.

Please help me. I need to making something with Slido.

Hey @FA organization ,

Could you check if you purchased a One-Time Professional or an Annual Professional plan? Our One-Time plans apply to a single Slido event, so any other events you create will remain Basic.

If you did purchase an Annual plan, some of your previous events may not have upgraded automatically.
