How many polls can I use with the basic plan? And can I have two presentations in one day with 100 participants each?
With basic - it says only 3 polls per event. So does that mean after 3 Slido slides I can’t use it anymore unless I upgrade to the next level? Silly question, but I’ll ask anyway - each presentation you run you can have up to 100 participants (if you’re on basic)? So if I have two presentations in a day - each could have up to 100 participants is that true?
Hi, I created a shareable link to share with a colleague to help with the event. However, the shareable link is taking the user to the login page. I assumed with the shareable link, the user does not have to login and can manage the event directly. Please advise.
How does word cloud select the responses it displays? I know it shows the most common responses as a bigger font but many of the responses only have 1 vote. It doesn't seem to post the most recent responses. Just asking since some responses, which had very different topics, weren't reflected on the main screen. Thanks!
Help! If I am in Presentation mode on Powerpoint, how do I also activate each question? I will only have one laptop with me. My concern is that I will be exiting out of Presentation mode, and switching to the “behind the scenes” page which everyone in the audience will see. This does not seem correct and I’m wondering if I’m doing something wrong?
The quiz is being run is sync with a live streamed version of the quiz (a live show that participants (online and in live audience) can win some token prizes). We need to be able to contact the winners, so we need to collect a contact email and/or phone. Can we make this a mandatory part of the “joining” process? We will be running the SLIDO through powerpoint.
I was wondering whether the up to 100 participants limitation for the Basic Plan means that only 100 people will be able to access the slido code/event? This confusion is due to the 2nd feature on the pricing plan stating that there is Unlimited Audience QnA.Thanks in advance for your help.
Hi there, I’m looking for some clarification around reusing the same event multiple times. I’ve read the articles about reusing codes within powerpoint but am still a bit confused. In my case, I am looking to re-use the same Slido event for a workshop that will be run multiple times on different dates. Currently, when I reuse the same event / event code the audience sees responses from the previous session. Is my only option to clear the results or duplicate the event? My team likes to save the results so we can analyze the data, but we are also trying to avoid constantly duplicating events as it can get confusing for our facilitation team when they log into Slido to find & activate the event. I would love to be able to export analytics from one single event code and see the answers/ results from various sessions in one place. Any guidance/ best practices around doing this would be super helpful. Thank you!
Hello, Is it possible to create polls outside of a survey that are all within one presentation and the participants can click between polls on their own screen? I thought I had seen this before but I’m not able to recreate it. I don’t want to use the survey option because participants can’t enter multiple answers.
I was wondering if it is possible to have a repository of slido activities to share within an organization. So everyone would be able to have access and use them without issues of running 2 events at the same time and the data being messed up.I think the alternative to this is for 1 person to be the owner of the repository and share all the event types with the rest of the organization and when they want to use them for their own events, they would have to duplicate that event and make it private to them? Would that work? Also is there any workarounds to having to share with over 50 people and is there any limitations in terms of people you can share with?
