Troubleshooting Slido for PowerPoint on Windows

Hey @foodprofessor ,

This message means that the Slido event linked to the Powerpoint Presentation is owned by another Email account. Do you happen to know who added the Slido to this Powerpoint? If you would need to re-use the Powerpoint deck and want to add a new Slido event to it, you would need to Copy just the Powerpoint Slides into a new file and then sign into your Slido account to add the correct event.

It is currently not possible to unlink a Slido event from the Powerpoint presentation, but you can reuse the event or add a new session to your presentation.
