Hello!I am a new Slido user. I am looking to integrate a poll with a presentation created by a colleague - when I try and log in from my account it says that the presentation is linked with someone else’s account (my colleague’s). How do I get it to switch over to using my Slido account? Thanks! Helena
Hello everyone! When I go to an existing poll of last year I edited incoming data by deleting in. That worked fine. But how do I REactivate the poll with a new #code for the participants of this year? Slido tells me: “Slido code #XYZ (of last year) has expired. You can analyze collected data or change dates to reactivate Slido” but I do not find out how to change the date of the poll to get a new working code for participants. I’ve created a poll/survey that we are using as a nomination app….allowing users to nominate others for recognition. But the survey/poll function only allows a user to reply once -- is there an option I can choose to allow multiple answers to the same poll?
Has anyone tried (and successfully) run Slido Questions out of a computer through a video switcher with a key for putting the question and graphics over the top of video of an event?Ideally, I’d love to be able to have Slido simultaneously output:- A single question, full screen for display in the room- A lower-third of the question so we can send that to our stream/record (on either a solid colour, or with an alpha channel via an SDI hardware output) as a key on the video feed
Hi everyone!Is it possible to perform any customizations to the content displayed on the presentation slide used in Slido? For example, we’d like to use a passcode to restrict access during our meeting from non-voting members, but when we enable passcode as a security feature, it’s also displayed on the presentation slide. We have a one time professional subscription. I have created a quiz that I have set the date for as 7-13 August. The event itself is on 7 August, but I want to allow people time to complete a short survey at the end so I extended the days). I have noticed an ‘assign session’ and ‘create a session’ tab in the three dots next the the Quiz session. What I have done by assigning then creating a session for 7 August and setting the time for the 2 hours the actual quiz will run on the day. What have I done here by doing this? ie Is this somehow different to the 7-13 August setting I set up when I created the quiz? Have I set a time which means participants won’t be able to log in and participate in the until the time I have set and will it shut down - lock them out - after the 2 hour time I have set? Apologies but none of these distinctions seem to be mentioned in your multitude of disparate instructions. Jason
I have set up a survey for only Participants with a specified email address. Is it possible to receive an automatic email from Slido that lets me know that the specified Participant has completed my survey? This would same me time check that they have complete the survey.
When participants submit a survey, they just get a blank screen and their responses are not recorded in the results. This has happened with three different people ont he same survey so I don’t think it was a fluke. Is there a setting that needs to be adjusted in order to ensure it works the first time? Thank you!
Hello Slido Community,I am trying to import poll data from a source outside of the slido app interface, such a google sheets or a google form.Other software platforms offer a Zapier integrations, but Slido doesnt.Any suggestions for a workaround, how to import data into a Slido Wordcloud without using the native Slido app interface?Thank you!Peter
I have integrated Slido slides in my powerpoint presentation for a training. At this time, the presentation is full screen and I can't see the participants, if they raise their hands or if they comment. Nor can't I see the clock and desktop applications. I need to be able to see the rest of my screen and the MS Teams functions.
Hi I notice in our testing of the quiz and survey that we have set up that although we reset the survey after each test, our testing data still appears in the analytics. Is there a way to reset the analytics so that our test analytics data does not affect the real data we want to collect at the event. Jason
Hi, last time we had an issue with users voting multiple times on our polls. This year we want to work against that and get a way so they can only vote once for one poll. Verifiying their email address when joining would help enourmously. How can we do that?
