Hi! I would like to know if it is possible (I haven’t found the possibility so far) to archive questions on a schedule? I have a very long event (18 hours) and it has multiple sessions. I would like to archive all questions every 2 hours (when a new session starts). So is this possible, or is it something that will be possible in near future? Regards!
Hi,I’ve searched and haven’t found the answer yet, so I thought I’d ask for help. I don’t understand exactly how to deactivate polls because I’ve tried 2 ways, and I still have an event showing up in my active and upcoming events list that should be over and deactivated. The first way I tried was by setting the start and end dates when I set up the event. The event end date was yesterday. But the event still shows up as active. (I don’t think it’s a time zone thing because it’s 11 AM EST, and it should have ended yesterday in some nearby time zone.) The second way I tried was by going into Present mode and manually deactivating each component poll by pressing the “stop” button and also the “lock voting” button. What am I missing? This is the second time in recent weeks where an event is still showing up as active after it was supposed to be over according to the end date. I see the instructions for how to deactivate a poll on Webex, but I’m just using Slido with my laptop, no Webex. T
Hello All, I downloaded Slido for Powerpoint a few weeks ago and everything was working perfectly. Randomly one day the sidebar to add your questions to the slides turned white. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Slido and it is still white. It seems like all solutions provided by Slido are IT related. This is my personal computer at home. Any help would be appreciated.
Hi Team,just using slido within the Cisco Collaboration VT event with a lot of great questions... but unfortunately in this case, due to the small space (within Socio or a Webex Meeting), the integration is “very messy”. (large number of questions and updates)It would be ideal if you could directly perform a cross-launch to the web version. Is something like this possible or planned? RegardsChristian

I’m working to create a 25 question quiz for a “Trivia” event, and I see that I can view the “toughest question”, but is there a way to see multiple “tough questions”? Basically, I’d like to see which questions the most participants get wrong and talk through the correct answers live within the event…
Hi there, so I have a presentation assignment and I put Slido in my PowerPoint file. If I saved that PPT file on a flashdisk, plug it in on my school computer on the presentation day, would it still functioning like it is on my personal computer?
As I can read, some other users had the same issues some months ago. I prepared the polls in Slido an try now to implement the existing ones in Powerpoint. But there are no polls.Sometimes I do see the event, but no polls, sometimes, I even don’t see the event. I have that problem for some weeks, now. It worked great over the last year. I work with the latest update and I am quite confuses and upset. What can or should I do?
Hi, When I open Powerpoint I can see Slido. After pressing the box appears however I get a message stating ‘network error please check your connection and retry’. I have run the check.me and everything is green. I am on the internet so the network connect seems fine. Can you help?

How do I create a ranking poll which allows participants to ALSO add entries like in an "open text” poll?The problem with the vote-based ranking in the “open text” polls is that people can only vote (thumb up) an item once, and so their actual ranking will be obscured by a bunch of single votes for many options. And yet, the ability for audience to add items in the “open text” format is really lovely (a feature that’s absent in the ranking polls). Let me know how this can be achieved, and if it’s not a feature, it’d be great if it could be created!
Hi. So it was recently mentioned to me that during our webcast events the “Ask” button is not easily found for some people. On my screen, which I see as an Admin, it is always hovering in the Q&A area even with the bottom of the video player, which is great. Apparently for some users though, the “Ask” button is at the very bottom of the Q&A area which for some reason is extended and very very long so a lot of scrolling is involved to find it which means that many users don’t see it at all and can’t ask any questions. I’m inserting a screenshot of the issue. I can’t see a way to fix this in the Admin. We have a built in slido embed, so I’m just copying the link from the Admin setup and putting it in the slido embed. Is this something to do with the built in embed code, or is it something I can fix on my end? Thanks for any help!
